- Let’s have a chat. Book a complimentary zoom chat to discuss your current fitness, nutrition and lifestyle habits and how they align with your fitness goals.
- Access your custom plan. Based on the information from Step 1, I will design your strength training, nutrition, stress management and accountability program and deliver it via the phone app. Depending on your program choice we may also meet for regular 1 on 1 virtual training sessions.
- Let’s work together. I will be with you every step of the way. You’ll learn how to perform exercises correctly and with the right intensity. With your custom nutrition approach and accountability plan you’ll stay consistent and motivated.
